University
I enrolled for computer science at the University of Passau in spring 2008. My aim is to get my bachelor degree in summer of 2011. My bachelor thesis deals with Feature Models which are attached to Feature-oriented Software Engineering and Product-line Development
Student Council
Since late summer 2008 I'm a member of the student council of the faculty for computer science and mathematics. The assignment of the student council is to represent students' needs in different political committees. Beside our political engagement, each semester we try to support new students by offering information and organizing meetings and parties, especially during fresher's week.
IEEE Student Branch
I also joined the IEEE Student Branch Passau in 2008. This student group tries to fill the gaps between education, information interchange and contacts between students, lecturers, and companies, which the university does not or cannot close. We provide regular public events (1-2 per week) which focus on extremely different aspects of technology and engineering.
